Shipping info is as follows:

First of all, if you are charged more than what it actually costs to ship, I will refund the difference between what you were charged and what the actual cost was for shipping your goodies.

1.  We will do our best to get your goodies to you in the most economical & timely
     method possible.  I will check shipping options for the most economical unless
     you tell me otherwise.
2.  Orders can be insured at your request.
3.  Our online specials are not the same as in our store or in our booth at a show
     so shop online.  If you're shopping online & wish to pick up items at a show or
     in house, then the purchase must be paid online and ready to pick in order to
     help keep our inventory accurate.
4.  We process orders at the end of every business day & have it ready for Ray,
     our mailman, to pick it up.  Please give us 48 hours to process pick-up orders.
     There are some days when we will be closed because I'm out of town at a
     show or made one of my quarterly trips to get some grandbaby lovin' from
     Kaylee.  We will process your order the first day I'm back (unless I can bribe
     Mitch to do the deed in my absence).
5.  If we cannot process your order fully, or you'd like to take a dab more, then
     make a notation in the checkout comment box -- something like, "ok, tease me."
     We will contact you if we cannot fill your order in full -- no surprises in your
6.  We most all of our shipping via USPS.  It's been our experience that they
     provide the most consistent service.  You may request another shipping method
     in which case your costs may vary.
7.  While we work to keep up to date inventories in our products, there may be an
     ocassion when something in your order is unavailable.  Please feel free to call us

8.  Returns.  We cannot accept returns unless we've described the product falsely.

 Handling fees...

We don't charge handling fees.  We will handle your products at no extra charge.  We wouldn't charge you if you walked in the Patch or stepped into our booth at a show when you made your purchase so we don't charge you to handle your online purchase.  It's what we do.
